Makati residents are living it up thanks to Binay. It's better to be a squatter in Makati than in any of the 8 cities of Cebu.

Now when we have a gone toting, union busting, physically abusive, and a flyover greedy Mayor making millions over towing vehicles in the person of Tomas, we call him a hero. A VP visits for one day causing traffic in an already traffic prone area we call him abusado. LOL

I remember seeing something like that in a R.A. or P.D. Do you happen to remember it?

It's just that his partner, President Aquino, set the "Wang-Wang" policy. Not even the President uses any warning lights or sirens when around.

True, he is a VIP along with "kiss ass" Cebuano business personalities heading to Golden Courie to have dinner. It was just a few hundred up the road. No need for any sirens or flashing lights. They just wanted attention.

It's just normal to give the VP's convoy a special treatment.
#1 you don't want him to be a sitting duck.
#2 you don't want him to join the traffic and sacrifice other important engagements.
#3 you don't want him to be like JFK.

in the end its the PSGs concern. the safety of the VP is of highest concern nila not the silly traffic it causes in just a night that most kids are on their way to disco's, parties, dates etc got late.
