talking about cheapest available dual core cellphone here in cebu is Cherry Mobile Magnum 2X w/ tegra2 chipset.

As my post said it will be the cheapest/ most affordable dual-core Samsung will offer, not the cheapest on the market. I've seen the Magnum sad to say but its the most badly built android device around, Durability looks really bad, prefer a Galaxy Ace other that device if were talking build quality...
