everyone has varying degrees of greed... if the greed doesn't violate the rights of anyone, then let that man be greedy... but if his greediness, no matter the intention, will violate anybody's rights, then damn him...

in government, people who occupy those positions will not assume a divine robe that rids them of their natural tendencies as a human being..Their interests will always be placed on top of everyone else's interest..

What is the reason for you to have raised the question? Are you attributing greediness with the current plight of our country? I think you mean corruption, just to make sure you won't be misinterpreted...If that is so, there is an existing thread through which you can answer the same question (in thought) you have initially raised....

1. proven corruption = death penalty
2. False accusations = death penalty
3. Politicking and bullying = death penalty

the most simple way is converting our country to Federal type of government or parliament type, makita ang katag kada states, ma obvious ang corruption
