Ayaw pag IT oi, pag Math major, or biology or lain na field in science. Then himo-a sideline ang programming. That's how you get good programmers. =)

I would like to say USC...but then bias kay gikan man ko ngadto. CompE sad ko (mabutang naman siya og IT diba)
Otherwise, naa ra gyud na sa estudyante. Period.

I would like to think the following are SOME variables to consider.
Facilities, surely tagsa gyud mo og computer aside, from that, USC is constantly upgrading their hardware.
Naa pa sila specialized laboratories nga gipanghimo, (Digital Systems, Mobile Stuff from Smart, and more)
Curriculum, I would like to say USC supports open source more, so daghan kibaw C, Java and PHP.
Wala ko kabantay if naa ba mi Microsoft products available.
Lastly, some collaboration with multinational companies.
Teachers, sobra ka variable sa USC, naay mga terror, naay absenot, naay random, naa tanan.

based from experience, CS and IT products from UP and CIT performed better in the field, compare to
USC graduate (Im an IT graduate from USC (pioneer)) but bilib kaayu ko sa product sa UP and CIT na mga graduate, very well trained.
Facility wise ACT got it!

bitaw sad ako USC Student ko nya akong mga migo OJT na bilib pd sila sa train ug curriculum sa CIT.. ang USC nindot facilities, teachers need more train etc. ky mga fresh grad paman teacher nya mo handle daun ug mga complicated nga subject.

mka sulti ko ana factor pd na xa dapat mag tinarong.. pero sa term nga tinarong ka nya wa klaro imong professor? cge ok ko anang self study pero boring man. lahi rajud f nice ang curriculum nya teachers are good as well nice jd dba?
