kung maka kita pa ka ug 2nd hand na intel quad sa BnS. bnew nga mobo ang palita katong makaabot ug 16gb ang magamit na ram. then video card atleast 1gb 128bit. pwede ra generic case then palitan ug midrange nga PSU. daug nana. ang HDD naay daghan dha kapilian.

9 series ..that wud be pretty expensive

8 series quads are castrated.. the x4 640 can do better

but if your talking about heavy duty performance. for me intel quad is better than amd quad.
i have tried both and proven it myself.

no question about the performance bro.

im an intel quad user too..and Photoshop user as main job requirement

the TS said basic photo editing with 20K budget

if someone can sell to the TS a 4K 9 series quad, gud thing. otherwise it's out of the budget,

i had also used a C2Q 8200, its very disappointing, the legendary Quad6600 can do better..

so the best solution for 20K is the i3 540 which is better than C2Q6600 | 8200 | 8400 at sub5k

then couple the intel i series with a gud VC with lots of RAM and hefty HDD..

configure the Photoshop CS5 3D | Scratch Disk ..etc..

u'll have a snappy photo editing machine
