Go to licensed and accreditted gun stores in Cebu.. There are actually many of them right here in the city area.. Try Hahns in SM or Twin Pines in RainTree Mall. Theres also a gun store in Lahug (i forgot the name), near Metrobank.

If you're thinking of using it in a competition, try the one in Lahug and ask of a gun parts list to be made so that you could have it assembled by a gun smith.

bai.. you're actually attracting trouble if you buy an unlicensed firearm. for one, you can't bring it anywhere you go. lisod na ma-timingan ka sa mga checkpoints. and you can't shoot criminals with it... unless you're at home. the latter is a bit tricky though. yet still i wouldn't recommend unlicensed firearms.

Exactly... By buying unlicensed firearms, you'd be just funding them (gun runners) to do more illegal activities like buying and selling more and even high powered firearms...

My advice is go to a gun club, apply for membership, have the range officers teach you how to properly shoot and defend yourself with a gun. The gun club actually will also help you with the acquisition of the license and the gun itself. With their endorsement, the processing of you're papers would be alot faster as they PNP knows that you are being taught by these range officers how to be a responsible gun owner.
