i've had 5 HTC phones. i do agree it's not user friendly to most people, but it really depends on who's using it. I know how to work them well, and i know what they are capable of doing so it's fine with me. Other phones like Nokias and iPhones are very user friendly, but that isn't what i look at when buying a phone. I'd like something customizable to my liking. I'm not saying others aren't customizable, but Windows Mobile devices are fun to tinker with, and I like doing that, and so do many other people. Just look at the community support for WM on the web..
What you probably don't like is Windows Mobile's interface, not the phone itself. Am I correct?
