yup tinuod kay as u sleep nag heal man imu lawas if naa man gani ka mga sakit...kulang tulog compromise ang immune system so dali ra magkasakit..sa mga gagmay ra tulog mas maayo mag megadose ug vitamin c kanang dili lang acidic kay hyper sad ang labas nimu.
maihap nlang diay ni akong adlaw.... nahhh... sge ra kog pamuwaw.... saunz sad... tug nako sayo oii... sayo sa buntag!!! hahaaha

Thanks for the info. I'm going to change my daily routine wherein I only averaged 5-6 hours sleep due to the nature of my work. Brainstorming again for my Time Mangement![]()
