Sis, we too were quoted a steep price by Suarez attendants. I really suggest that you go through their customer reps first. Ayaw direcho sa store kay ang mahal jud na ilang i-quote. E-mail your budget and specs (and design, if you have one). Usually, they will adjust the thickness of the ring and the karat to fit your budget.

Sis, Oro China in SM (3rd floor) also has wedding rings in that price range. Around 4k to 5k each (or 8k to 10k per pair). The rings are quite thin though.
