sayup ug sakto siya at the same time.
lahi na ang pagka made nila duha i prefer the older one kay arang2x ang single rail niya compared sa new one kay gi tunga ang amps niya nya gamay pa jud di ka daog ug cards na dako2x na ug suyop kay mag sigi ni 100% load or more which is a bad idea sa psu althought they are using higher amperage rating power transistors pero the whole unit should be taken into consideration i prefer the old one maskin dili modular kay simple raman ako setup mas angay raman to ang modular sa daghan ka ug mga hdds roms etc para ma distribute tarong ang ilang load sa imo PSU kay dual rail naman sad unlike sa first one.
another reason why walay 80+ certification ang strider modulars kay wala kapasar.. maybe during the tests, naay load ranges nga wala kaabot sa 80% efficiency. thus failing the model..
at fineupgrades' statement, don't blame him..
fineupgrades != silverstone || fineupgrades != electrical engineer (is he or is he not?)

wala'y 8-pin PCIE ang ST50F uy, 2 x 6-pin PCIE ra ang kanang 8-pin for the CPU na.
they're both 32~36 amps combined on the 12-volt rail (dual-rail, 16~18 amps each) so i don't know what you are talking about. in fact, their only main difference is the amperage on the 3.3 volts. in my opinion, mas advantage pa gani ang modular kay daghan circuit protection and activated unlike the original strider not to mention less cable clutter being modular and all.

which reminds me..... Gusto nako ilisdan akong ST56F ug ST50F-230 or ST60F modular
pro sayang akong ST56F huhuhuhuhu
I know whats efficiency.. All i asked was nganu dili prihu ug efficiency ang modular ug non-modular. You said "Its not a PRECISE meausrement ..... but its a guarantee that these two power supplies will have
-80+ efficiency".. Didn't I mentioned na ang Maximum efficiency sa ST50F-230 ky 80%? Disregard the ambient temperature and environment. Straight to the point lang. Why max. of 80% ra nga in fact mas mahal unta siya..![]()
@poldopunk could you connect your gpu's 6 pin on a single rail on the other psu? i dont think so, unless the circuitry is already joined together. as a single rail 32 amp is better to last long and not heat that much compared to a dual rail 18amps each, that is if you cant parallel the connection of the 12+ of the two rails.
how about those cards that require 25amps would it be wise to choose the dual rail or the single one with a total of 30amps? except cguro sa katong mga naay at least dual 6pin.
ara man sad na nimo makuha ang efficiency. kasagaran sa mga PSU na BRANDED ug 80%efficiency min. pinaka dako nila na efficiency kay naa sa mga 50%load overall. so if gi distribute nimo ang load which means mas higher imong efficiency kaysa focus sa 3v or maybe 5v or sa usa lang ka rail on a specific 12volt.
