based on my exprience, from 6 to 8 shots ang Australian seeds...while US Seeds kay from 6 to 10 shots...depende jud ni sa pagpatubo sa wheatgrass.

I already answered your question sis...one tray can yield 6 to 8 ounce depende nana sa moisture sa wheatgrass...1 ounce is considered 1 shot.
