ts inquiry and responses were meant for cebu market

not to hijack this thread but just incase ts will opt to buy outside cebu....true naa daghan sa tpc but it's not easy as you think most USED item sellers sa tpc only do meet ups and will always ask for your tpc username during negotiations (not sure if ts has one already) and only few of them ships outside cebu (for used item) then the fact that you can not test the item plus you need to payment + freight in advance before it will be sent to you.
