@maddox_pitt: how did i overcome stress? with the help of my family, non-med friends and medskul classmates. i remember during my 1st year, neuro-ana mi ato, then nkalit nlng jud kog ka-burn out. bisag unsaon nakog tuon, wa na jud msulod sa akong utok. i cried and told my mom na nanglisod na jud ko.she told me na whatever i decide on, they will support me. that took off a lot of pressure. u need to unwind jud sometimes. there are things u can share w ur fam. there are things u can share with ur medskul classmates that u cant share with ur non-med friends and vice-versa. also, learn to laugh hehe every now and then our batch has received comments from nurses and residents we've worked with na na-doctor nalng daw mi but wa lng ghapn mi buot hehe im about to start my residency and ill be honest with u, things dont get any easier after u finish med skul. mas daghn na kag responsibilities and ppl expect so much of u. but do ur best nlng jud. u can only do so much. becoming a doctor is a vocation. it entails a lot of sacrifices and the rewards arent always sufficient. i think u knw that already.
re the cheaters in ur class, dont mind them nlng. its not a competition btw. they will suffer lang pud nig internship nla k dha na ka mka encounter na kalit lng ka pangutan on sa consultant hehe try ur best to have a good grasp of the basics like physio, anatmy etc k magcge jud na balik2.

@ maddox_pitt: uv mentioned that the cheaters in ur class just study the tp insted of reading the books ryt? actually, kami pud at one time or another, reviewed old tp's. esp sa finals dba at the end of the school year na ang coverage k hit anywer, d man jd nimo ma-cover tanan. dont get me wrong ha. we still read our books jud but kelangn man sad gud ug gamay nga wina-is sahay. if u think about it, wen ur revwing old tps, its like ur revwing lng pd wat uv read. ang nka-pait lng k sahay, ang ubn teachers, they recycle the tps thats y ang ubn na nagrely lng jud sa tp and nothing els, mas dagko na hnuon ug kuha sa katong mga gabasa jud ug books. bsta, dont mind them nlng jud. paniguro lng sa imong self nga ikaw nkasabot ka sa imong gbasa. kami sauna k magstudy group mi. pero sahay sa pila ka-hours among gspend para study, murag 50% naspend sa cgeg chika2, 30% naspend sa cgeg kaon ug bsag unsa and 20% sa pag study jud hehe btw oi, do wat works for u. good luck!

We can do things when we use significance as our inspiration (that last acronym after your last name?)....
I believe HAPPINESS is the ultimate reason to be able to achieve things without the feeling of being pressured like you almost drag yourelf to be one.
Whatever you do, once you love what you are doing, everything is a breeze.
The world is so complicated on its own, I cant imagine what would it be like to do things of which your heart is not into it.

tnx au doc i'll take note of that...
about sa support: i do get a lot of encouragements from my non-med friends...and it does help alot.... and my parents are also supportive... there was a time, back in 1st year, finals, after my physio exam my heart just sank kay gamay ako score... an pagcompute abi nako mahagbong ko...and since im home alone, i didnt have anyone to talk to...so i just locked my room and cried the whole time....then i sent a message to my parents telling them i tried to do my best but im not so sure if i'll pass... my mom was busy..she was on duty..pero after like an hour she called me and i just stared at my phone's screen kay naghilak na sad ko.... then after her 2nd call i decided to answer my phone.. wa na jud ko katubag...i just cried and cried..murag didto nako nafeel na alone diay ko sa amu-a....gimingaw jud q ug maayo ato...then my dad called too that day...... they had different approaches...pero they both told me it's okay.... bisag unsa ang result, di man ko nila i-disown..so, that sort of calmed me down.. natingala sad sila kay 1st time man nako ninghilak tungod sa school stuff...
about the laugh, hahaha kami pud... ana sad..murag bata.. muana na sila, kanus-a pa nagkagrade1 ang med??hihi i mean, literally, karon pa usab q nakaduwa ug balik anang chinese garter, patentero, jumping rope ug uban pa na pangbata na duwa since gradeschool hahaha ;p
about sa cheaters: yeah..pabay-an nalang jud intawn...la man sad mi mabuhat ana.... i know it shouldnt be a competition.....pero ang prob lang ana kay mutaas ang mean...but anyways, it's kind of complicated.. makastress hahahaha... pero ok ra sad... we didnt do anything, pero, tinuod jud diay, things are coming back to them now.....i dont know how it happened though...basta... hihihi
about sa internship: yeah...alot of doctors told us you'll feel like the lowest form of animal during internship... tinuod?hihi but i dont really mind...what im scared of is the responsibilities that lies ahead...

about sa tps: musalig man gud sila... niya, okay we can accept the tps (daghan ang murecycle ug tps na profs) pero klaro sad nagcheat oi..mao'y nakabati.... az in cheat na pakitaon jud ang tupad sa answer.. if muana na sila, for sure wa nigawas ang tp.... musalig jud sa tp...and while the rest are reading, naa ra sila nag cg ug chika....
about sa group study: i dont go for group study...kay kahibaw q, puro rana chika hahahhahahahhahahaha kadaghan na ko katry pareho result sa tanan, wala mi nabasa kay nagsige ra mi ug istorya hahaha per0 i know it works for some...not just for me i guess...

@ ssssarzzz: for me, ok jud ghapn ang PT as pre-med. mo-shine jud mo nig anatomy, which is a very important subject. u knw wat? there r tyms that i even wished that my pre-med was PT k ganahn man sd gud ko mag neurologist someday. i know of a handful of neurology residents nga maayo jud kaau. mao diay k PT man ilang pre-med. so dont consider it as a disadvantage. actually, any course baya is ok as pre-med. ang pre-med man gani sa uban sa among kauban na apil sa top 10 was bio and psych. naa mi 1 PT classmate. mejo nanglisod xa gamay pag 2nd year k kasagarn subj pang medtech man but we helped her and naningkamot pud xa so ok ra man ghapn
@ TS: aw, lantaran jud diay ilang cheating? d pud na maau oi. they shud be ashamed k u guys are post-grad na bya and very soon ull become professionals. or som of u are na gani. cge lng, magabaan lng pud na cla hehe
