For me lang hap...I did a rebooking on my flight and ang fee kay dako kaayo...international pa jud...so I decided to cancel it...mas ni prefer na lang ko og rebook coz ang fee sa cancellation mas same ra sa akong rebooking fee and I still have a ticket...while sa cancel I cannot get any refund mas mobayad pako additional coz ni sobra ilang charge...sa ako ranang experience...I dont know sa uban...
but most of my frends say mas better i rebook kaysa i pa refund nimo...
i used to work with a travel agency before. it takes long to get your refund. probably about 3 months or more. nya gamay ra kaayo ilang ihatag kay naay certain fees nga non refundable. Also, they put the blame on the government kay dugay kuno mu issue ug refund sa taxes. FYI lang.

Hi it was an online booking...dako lang jud kaayo ang fee sa cancellation nila so wala nakoy refund...for international flights the cancellation and rebooking fee is 4000 baht...asa ka anathen akong ticket kay tag 3k baht kapin so wala na lang nako gi refund ako na lang gi rebook gamay ra akong napuno....

i just want to help you out with your question. Online bookings can be process for refund but make sure to do that 2 days before your said flight or earlier than that to avoid a much more higher penalties. You can cancel it either on the net or call our hotline to personally cancel it for refund to one of our reservation agents.
since you we're using a credit card. refund will take within 45-60 banking days for us to refund it back to your account but sometimes, delays will occur since this will be handled by our accounting dept. and we will still have to coordinate this to the bank.
you dont have to go to our ticketing office since they only process refund if the ticket was bought thru cash.
i would best suggest that if ever magpabook mo and you have enough resources to pay for it.. why not pay for it thru cash nalang kay out right pa ma uli ang refund.
i admit as well na dugay jud ang refund if you'll be using a credit card and we do apologized for the inconvinience.
