    2 things:
IF YOU ARE THE SENDER: you need a bank account, sign up ka through online, xoom.com, either you can use paypal or credit card or checking account (I wont recommend debit card, although I used this oftentimes) kay if naay fraud, mas dali ma track sa imong credit card and and you have bank protection. But depende sa gamit nimo, paypal or debit, different fees pero gamay ra biya. So after sign up, imong isulat kinsa imong padad-an, amount, or put some password you would like toshare sa imong padad-an in order for them to claim kung usa ra id. Mo adto ra sila either sa participating bank like PCI or PNB, or padala kwarta.

IF YOU ARE THE CLAIMER: Adto ang ka sa PCI or any participating bank (check website), fill up kag form, name sa sender, your ID, or password. Then kuha na nmo money!

you need credit card and debit card.

credit card must be registered with your true identity to be verified.

I have not used EON, bad feedback...

I used HSBC for my CC

and Metrobank ATM CARD for withdrawing money...

Just work on it, and your money will be sent as smooth as silk..

    Peace out.

open Unionbank EON Visa Electron. P350 bayad to claim the card. no maintaining balance required.

once you have the card, add it to your paypal account. either under BANK ACCOUNT or CREDIT/DEBIT card. if you need to verify your paypal account, pag pundo og P300 sa imong Unionbank coz Paypal will charge you $1.95 but this will be refunded once verified na.

fees to withdraw the funds via BANK ACCOUNT if below 7K is P50, free for 7K - above. if via CREDIT/DEBIT card is $5.

5-7 banking days mag reflect na ang money sa imong Unionbank. just make sure, same info (name, address) between Paypal & Unionbank otherwise mo bounce back na sya and you will be charged P250.

One downside which i always experience with paypal linked to my EON is I cannot send/pay all in one time for my purchases if it's more than 15,000 to 20,000 pesos (approx. $300 above). This is an inconvenience especially when you're paying someone in eBay.com and you had to ask for their paypal email address so you can manually send the payment into different parts.
