an ip address is made up of 4 specific numbers interspersed with dots 203.144.244.1 thats from 0-255 this is the unique identification for routing packets through the internet. A DNS (Domain Name Server) is the human readable form of that unique IP address it is maintained by a couple of master database servers in the US and some other places it references/links the IP address to a certain domain name like for example itlogmanoyorange.com to 120.240.270.12, now what dyndns is doing is for those dsl accounts nga dynamic ang ip address is to give you a client software to install which does periodic updates to the auxiliary DNS server of dyndns which in turn a user browsing can query so for example www.puppydogppolgas.dyndns.com will be your dns name with a variable IP address which your client software updates everytime ma change imong ip address. Hope this helps.

hehehe ma-o ra diay na bai? unsay server nmo gamit ddto?

pede na nmo ma acces anytime anywhere..using any remote software.. but be sure to configure your firewall sa imong pc nga gi gamit og sa imong remote server.. kinahanglan naka open ang mga port or permited na sya nga task para dili ma sangit imong connection... then another thing is.. e consider pod ang username og ang password if needed.. it should be unique...

i check nalang unya na imong firewall kong unsay mga gipang block ana nga port... are u familiar with zone alarm? in ana ra na sya.. ..

Pwede nimo i port forward ang router to point to your internal IP address inside the network so that Remote Administrator will work also even if your ip is dynamic as long as dili ma change imong ip for that session Remote Administrator will still work.

well you can try and use this

    Register at www.2mydns.com
use directupdate to update your account at 2mydns so you wont have any problems
and use Remotely Anywhere 7.xx for your remote admin ( the best ive used ) with Direct Update running all you need to input sa web browser nimo is https:// <your computer name >/Port number, username and password.
