It helped greatly that I posted it here. The bike was a gift from my boyfriend (that was why I couldn't really be mad at him for losing it LOL). He bought it in last november and around January, bought upgrades and had one of our friends who's good with bikes modify the forks, seats, shifts, etc.

Our friend who modified the bike for us happened to see this post here in istorya. Almost 2 months after, one of his friends called him and told him that he's just bought a bike and wanted him to upgrade the bike. When his friend described the bike, our friend thought "Hmm, that bike sounds familiar." So he told his friend that the bike he bought was a stolen bike and referred his friend to this post. His friend then calls me to let me know that he had my bike.

Apparently, the person who stole it pawned my bike and when he didn't claim it, the guy whom he pawned it to sold it to another person, who later on sold the bike to his cousin and his cousin was the one who called me.

    Amazing right?

My boyfriend couldn't believe it himself. All's well that ends well.

    Thank you istorya!
