suggestions lng mga bro. if tight jd inyo budget go for the basic supplement like whey protein and multi-vits!nya if you have extra buy some chicken (breast),fish,eggs etc..

for me lang sir, MORIAMIN, peanuts, Low fat milk, tuna (water in chunks) wheat bread for my protein needs. kana lang... for intense work outs, S2 (I.V.) requires a doctor and I.V trained nurse to do this procedure for safety purposes lang... mao ra ni ako...

i only take it once after I workout lang... sir, please check it first with your doctor or please research the content/label of this drug if ok lang ba ni for you. where and how? if nag dali ka nga mo burot dayon then mag supplements ka pero if nahan ka ug natural way then workout ka and in the span of 6mos makita nimo ang results....
