    dali ra ba mu switch? gkapoy nako sa smartbro kay ang system nila way klaro..
    ok ra baya.. pero last month.. na putlan mig internet for 2 days miski wala jud ko ka miss ug bayad miski ka usa..
    wala pa jud ko kasulay ug late.. then ning kalit lang na inig open nako kay mu redirect sa smartportal..
    then dili jud ma explain ngano sa ilang technical support..pirmi lang..wait for 24 hours..
    as in.. almost 3 days jud to.. hantud nangayo nami ug supe nya ipa follow up every 15 minutes..
    ilang escalation walay klaro...

    interested ko sa dsl only sa pldt... pas2x na siya? pila ka days? unsay kailangan?

    naa pod ko question. existing pldt subscriber ko. mo-end ako one year lock-in period this june. mobalhinay pud ko og lapu2x by june. ako blema kay unsa pinaka-cost effective sa upgrade sa current plan na 1299 (512 kbps) to plan 990 (1mbps).

    ingon ang pldt pa-upgrade lang daw then bayad ko og relocation fee.

    fellow istoryan members. kinsa to nakasuway na og upgrade pls share pila inyo gasto then unsa lain option naa ako mabuhat.
