I for one, lost my head set cuz someone took it., and i need to pay 4k, imagine the side of the real owner if he will change his mind and willing to process his clearance.. and because you took it, he now needs to pay for his headset..

you might face legal actions for what youre doing now.

bro, if you awoled and now the thing is magclearance na ka para lagi para makacleared, I mean for the headset that which you left to a friend would still ask for it even though you had already given it for him. And come to think it was all your fault that you awoled instead of doing the clearance. It was my friend's chosen option. He entrusted me the thing. And the thing is I need my money. you have a point pero that is still a company owned headset. come to think of it.. if a person lost its headset, he/she should be accountable to it since it was entrusted by the company.

because pretty much I left the Call center industry already coz I have realized business itthe great thing to do. Bai, kani nga headset emphasize ko lang wala ni cya gikawat, my friend lend it to me. Lahi ra jud sa kawat bai. Bai, ako na gipangutana tanan ani bai, From Human Resource down to my supervisors. Only 1 answer. My friend needs to have the clearance. I mean the company( HR department, management) doesn't give a ****. If you want to ask where my friend is now, he went abroad because dli na makaya and nag taasan na palitonon sa 4 ni na anak na nag skwela plus (1) 1 year old. So, not an issue with my friend but with the company policy. If that is the issue, we discuss. Why does having meetings after work schedule and even before or even having both not in a day not included in the company's policy.

Ang ako lng ato bai, kung ilang gi dawat from the time na ako gihatag ang headset which is the time that my friend left the company which is the same day or even I stayed for a month and surrendering the headset then after I tendered my resignation still asking that they accept it but they didn't. Just to quote, "I first surrender it to HRD".
