QUALIFICATIONS for junior trainer
- Must have at least 1 year experience as an English Language Trainer.
- Excellent command of American English with top-notch platform & facilitation skills.
- Must be flexible and willing or is open to learn new methodologies.

What if wala sa first one? kay I have worked in the call center industry for 13 months combined.. will that do?

you have to be a call center trainer or at least facilitated a training class. they dont hire callcenter agents as trainers because agents and trainers are a different breed all together they are looking for experienced trainers esl trainers are welcome to apply.up for this
