about effectiveness niya, jmho lng ha, it's just like a magnet, mawad-an ug power after long use... IDK also if how long it will last.. akong negative ion bracelet, ibutang nko sa akong likod bec of many spasms.. sauna effective, ma lessen ang spasms. Now, dli na kau effective... IDK, with Phiten ky it's a good brand also.. di mn pd pataka ug pamakak ning hapon...hehe
