We highly appreciate it if that will be taken into consideration . I love the company , its just that I'm more concerned with the compensation. The offered basic pay for me , as a fresh graduate with no CC experience is somehow enough. But if we will consider the length of service , since I'm employed in the company for more than a year now , we are expecting greater. Being given a salary appraisal would really be a big help.

I really hope that this will be heard.

the only BPO Company nga dagko kaayog tingog ang staff mag storya sa testing area nila nya mag bisaya pa gyud...nyahaha! nice....bisag naa ra sila sa frontdesk area mura asag naas pikas bukid ang kastorya...dagko kaayog tingog...di mo consider naay nag take sa exam...phew!!!!
