Looks like the bulls doesn't want bears to conquer them at this point. Price didn't close in red today and stays the same. Volume is not that much as well. Does this mean selling pressure yesterday is already finished? Why the indecisive mood as depicted by the Doji? Tomorrow is a profit taking day as we don't have our market on Friday. Let us see where this will lead us to.

Indecisive mood on STI

We are waiting for the righ signal for LIHC to reverse. It went up as high as 1.03 but close at 1.01 a share today. We have a signal but its quite bleak as we only see a low reliability bullish reversal candlestick called Harami. Also, it didn't cross the 61.8% Fibonacci Retracement level.

The Bullish Harami Pattern is a sign of disparity about the stock’s health. While this stock is characterized by downtrend and bearish mood; there is heavy selling reflected by a long, red real body however it is followed by a small green body in the next day. This may signal a trend reversal since the second day’s small real body shows that the bearish power is diminishing.

It is recommended that we see a strong rally tomorrow to confirm reversal.

Signal is bleak

Long green candlestick can be seen on today's COAL chart. Long green candlestick show strong buying pressure. This candlestick is an indication that the closing price is further above the opening price. It shows that the prices advanced significantly from open to close during the day under strong buying pressure and buyers were aggressive.

This is generally a bullish candlestick, but we may see some selling pressure tomorrow as people tend to take profit and some just don't believe the rally is true.

Buy signal on RSI at 46.51 and significantly bigger volume today compared to previous days.

strong pa ang force sa dragon fly doji found sa weekly chart but the white closing marubozu candlestick today may suggest mga medyo kapoy na gamay. white closing marubozu usually a continuation pattern but depende sa trend, pwede pud ni siya reversal. Since uptrend ta sa daily, basin mo down ni gamay but I don't think it will give us a red candlestick in our weekly chart. Maybe red sa daily lang. Profit taking ugma Caveat!
