Or do they depend on the individual difference of "piss expectancy"?

To be honest, I wished there were films like Richard Attenbourough's GANDHI were there would be a long enough intermission in between... that is if the movie goes beyond the standard 2 hour mark..

yes...its not the "dress" that makes him fly...costum raman to niya hehe.

as for the design, they purposely did that to show continuity from chris's superman movies.
this is a sequel to those kasi. but if you watch the movie they somehow manage to put the colours and lighting perfectly that you arent actually drawn to that part. mas less noticable siya ron hehe.

i think Brandon James Routh filled the shoes brilliantly! better than id expected
he actually looked much like christopher reeves...he smiles the same way...talks the same way.

script isnt the best but pretty good. screen play could have been better. story had lots of loop holes and character development could have been a lot better (considering if we had no background of superman before we watch this movie)
overall an enjoyable movie

lois is much more pretty here than the old movies...the young clart kent was much more better looking and more to the character that the old movie (sa una mura gyud to siya demonyo hehehe).

the love story is typical but kinda weird...they leave much to the imagination.
no closure. and the kid...whats to become of young jason...

1st annoyance i had in the movie that i just couldnt let go was when lois woke up inside the plain and just found out where superman was going, and tried to convience richard to turn around and go back after him. damn was that lousy...i mean come one, could she have been less convincing...
2nd was when jason killed the guy with the piano...mura gyud wala nila...as if nothing happened afterwards...

btw, i watched the movie sa emall today and it was terrible...brightness and contrast was lousy...and the focus was insanely off half the movie!
couldnt stop yelling at the technician at the booth for such a lousy job!

i'd prolly give this movie a B.. it's good although not as good as i expected.. i thought this movie would be the best FOR ME this year.. but nope.. nothing still beats MI3 for me so far.... THIS YEAR....
