let go bro and move one.. go to the gym and release all your hate/anger/frustration.. you'll hotify yourself in the process, basin next time magsugat mo sa imong ex, magmahay gyd to gi buwagan ka! don't every dwell on it nor resort to unhealthy coping mechanisms, it'll only make you feel like a less of a person than you probably felt like you are now
