Other than the lack of will or purchasing power of locals to enter Enchanted Kingdom, Cebu's weak power supply is a major turn off for potential investors and businessmen. Any theme park consumes so much electricity even if it operates for more or less 12 hours. It's bad enough that rotating brownouts continue to happen in Cebu.
You want an Enchanted Kingdom here in Cebu? Then go to the company that runs EK and make your presentation to them. When they ask questions about power supply problems, locations, traffic, the local purchasing power and other issues, how will you answer them? Idealism is one thing but reality is another, take note.
Let me also tell you about a neighbor who blindly believes that Cebu can host the Olympic Summer Games. I challenged her to organize a committee and make a presentation to the IOC. She just remained silent. I hope none of you would follow her example.
