Meeting this coming Saturday, November 26, 2011.
Mcdo Escario, 5pm gathering time, 6pm start of the meeting.
Agenda: Christmas Party & Gig-4-a-cause pt. 2 discussions.

Pre-discussed by the Officers & Committees:

- December 10, 2011 - Christmas Party & Gig-4-a-cause pt. 2

- 4:00 pm is the start of the Xmas Party Program.

- location is @ "ila prinz"

- contribution for food & drinks = P150.00 (Compulsory) All registered & official aRousers should contribute the amount. this is a group activity, joining the group means you are aware that you have to attend and support the group activities. Christmas party only happens once in a year. So let's all not be KJ.

- exchanging gift, amount should not be lower than of P200.00. Sky is the limit. Theme of the gift is: for Bikers (any item that bikers need or use)

- contribution for the instruments and the bands' drinks = P100.00, only for those who want to help and support the Gig-4-a-cause pt. 2.

After the Christmas party, the Gig-4-a-cause pt. 2 will follow. Everyone is invited but is not forced to bring toys & clothing, only those who have golden heart and want to share.

The P100.00 contribution for the instruments and the bands' drinks is not compulsory, but I am ENCOURAGING all aRousers to support this 2nd part of Gig-4-a-cause. A hundred is not that much especially to those who are receiving a lot of blessings this Season.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE I want everyone of the 76 official & registered aRousers to attend the Christmas Party. This only happens once a year so let us all enjoy for few hours.
