Okay rana siya. In fact Fast Walls, I & H beam frames are flexible. Mga lihok ni sila. The advantage of this is during earthquakes. Mo sayaw rana sila unlike hollowblocks although flexible, but not as much, ,moliki dayun. Mao nang daghan kaayo mahadlok sa taas sa Gaisano Metro, daghan kaayo nagtuo na mahugno ni which I beg to differ. Pero niliki hinuon sa Metro which is expected kay hollow block man ila gamit, pero layo rana sa tinuod na mahugno.Originally Posted by arnoldsa
Aside from glass, daghan pud mo gamit anang composite panels in high rise buildings. Dako ni siya ug advantage aside from what was mentioned above kay for example mo biya na ang first tenant unya ang second tenant gananahan ug different layout sa floor, dali rani siya matangtang. Mao na akong gi refer na "modular".
Kanang Fastem play of words rana sa Fast Wall System, to show na mao na ila systema gigamit pag construct. Anyone can correct me if I'm wrong, but Fast Walls has 2 basic or common types. (Actually there are more). One is concrete the other is composite panels. Well technically you can make composite panels as the exterior walls as some buildings (not in cebu) did this, but this is not advisable. CICC is going with concrete panels on the exterior and thats how it should be.
I have always joked that CICC will be finished by Mandaue Fiesta which is also technically true. Pero I have never once doubted na dili ni mahuman before the summit. This is not really up to Manuel Guanzon but to WT. WT has never failed to deliver as far as I know of. The structure will be finished even before Oct. 31. Pero screws ups do happen. Murphy's law.
WT has a reputation of finishing projects ahead of schedule, primary reason they got this contract and they are also known na dili labad mo hatag ug SOP. WT was just a small construction company. Guanzon's constuction company was larger before, getting government projects made WT as what they are now. For WT, everything lies on this project. Kay kang Guanzon pang construction gigamit ani, coral pay nahuman hangtud karon. Hehehehe Manuel Guanzon is a good man, naay kasing-kasing sa kabus. Ask his Capitol constituents. His construction company however is appaling. Remember that Basak Pardo road saga? Na perteng dugaya nahuman. Naguba na lang ang unahan part sa road, wala pa mahuman ang other end. I think Osmena and Guanzon had a falling out before because of Guanzon's inability to finish projects on time. To refresh my fellow sugbuanon's memory, remember when there is a huge traffic and there is a construction ahead, anyone remembers kanang blue na GI sheet na gipintalan ug M.T. Guanzon Construction? Nya magbagol-bol dayun ta kay kung dili ting klase ug ting uwan, dili himuon. Unya, it also has the reputation of using government construction vehicles. This is not about Manuel Guanzon, but his construction company. Lets separate the two. HeheheheOriginally Posted by j.kim
