PLDT MyDSL DISCUSSIONS

Hi!

I have a PLDT MyDSL connection that is under contract for 2 years ending January 2007. For the past year i've been paying 1,995.00 or something like that. D ba 995.00 na lang ang DSL sa PLDT karon? Wala ba na sila automatic adjustment of charges?

supposedly, if you're under a 1995 plan, nya nag plan upgrades na na cla, ur supposed to be getting like 768kbps instead of 512kbps...

unfortunately, if they don't give you that speed upgrade, you can't do crap about it because it's on the fine print of the contract you signed...same thing happened to me...ang 2500 nga connection is already supposed to be 5mbps krn...pero ang ila hatag nko kay 768 japn...dli ko kapalag kay under contract pa man japn ko...

so....simple...i wont renew my contract.....i'll go globe...or mozcom....

We were down since 7PM last nightbut it's up and running again though. The PLDT agents are nice and polite but they seem to not have any idea what's going on in the Installation side of the story. They kept telling me the issue was being looked at by their engineers.

They dont designate any standard IP for that,If your under DHCP then change to manual config and assign the modem-router to 192.168.1.1 and use username:admin password:1234

your right, dili 192.168.1.1 ang ge set nila sa modem router nila, unsa on mani nako pag manual config?

wala naman plan 2500.. ang 5mbps sa manila ra mana.. and its 5k per month na plan.
