vanderlei silva is coming to the ufc to kick some butt this november. announce during ufc 61.
the axe murderer and lidell are in their prime. in a way that they are still winning and are very active.
this will be a great match for the fans.

I heard & read rumors that there is trouble brewing in the Networks that shows Pride FC in Japan. That is why the management of Pride FC is eyeing Las Vegas as their next or upcoming events for their shows...& that includes Inter-promotional Fights for UFC & K1 Fighters. Hmmm I can see Dana White is all smiles...& laughing all the way to the bank.

Can anybody confirm this?

yap he is still under contact with pride, he was wearing a pride t shirt, during the announcement in ufc 61, when he entered the octagon and had a stare down with the iceman.

In the ufc silva was defeated by vitor, but i dont think their a rematch because vitor is no longer an A fighter, as of now.
he also loss to tito ortiz, maybe rematch sila.


pride is comming to las vegas to expand. the rules will be like the ufc. (no soccer kicks and stomps.) i though they will be in california. but i guess it is easier to go to las vegas because of the mma politics.

Pride and k1 are compitators. k1 has an mma show called k1 romanex, i dont think they will be working together.
Sakuraba is signed with k1 currently, no longer a pride entity.

liddel vs silva

pretty interesting but im predicting a brutal ref stopage win by silva. both are stikers so the gound game is not an issue but silva is superior to liddel in striking. silva comes very agressive and powerful. liddel is more into counterpunching using stick and move style. if liddel cannot handle Quinton Jackson's aggressiveness, then its more so with silva's.
