    hmmm once again hehehe

    1. Derek Webb- for writing uncompromising thought proviking and often controversal subjects in biblical perspective.. and of course for giving away his albums Mockingbird and Ringing Bell for free..

    2. Sixpence None The Richer- for bringing poetry to christian music. thanks to matt slocum (guitar/cellist/main songwriter)

    3. Jonas Brothers- for the influence they have to teenage and preteen fans and for their vow for purity and for recently stepped out of their comfy tween pop in favor of a more mature new album

    4. Johnny Cash- the outlaw turned minister turned roaring lamb who is now jamming in heaven...

    5. Jars of Clay- for the artistry and philanthropy... and for coming to the Philippines. My first ever concert!!!! hahahaha

if top 10 pa ni i would include:

    6. Rich Mullins- for boldly clearing the difference between "moved by the spirit" and "moved by the kick drum"... and for writing the greatest worship song of all time, Awesome God (probably the only rich mullins song played on mainstream christian radio)

    7. dc Talk- for boldly proclaiming that they're Jesus Freak which was actually one of the few mainstream (both secular and christian) rap-rock songs (rap-rock wasn't that much popular back in the mid-90s) and it's kinda unusual to have a christian group made to MTV and NU107's regular rotation in those days

    8. Todd Agnew- for asking better questions and differentiating his biblical Jesus and the church's corporate feel good Jesus ...

    9. Sufjan Stevens- for making the banjo hip again especially in the indie rock/indie folk scene. And for writing The Transfiguration based on the book of Matthews which was well received by indie rock listeners who normally don't read the bible.

    10. Cold War Kids- for those backsliders and hypocrites..
