I think Etel has the best incentive or compensation package for an agent position since they have 5 levels (TSR 1-5)...
TSR 1 - 15T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = Php 18T
TSR 2 - 19T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = Php 22T
TSR 3 - 23T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 26T
TSR 4 - 26T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 29T
TSR 5 - 30T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 33T
wala pa labot ang quarterly bonus ani
w/c is for TSR 1 alone 15T x 3 months =45T x 15% to 25% plus 2T pa gyud if high flyer
