As for me, salary wise kai Xlibris jud. Di jud ka magmahay sa sweldo ddto. Where can you get a job (pinaka chill akong trabaho ddto) yet you are paid 15k every 15th and 30th. Ang mga taga sales pajud kai witwew daghan kaau ug kwarta. Environment wise kai Stream/Etelecare jud ko, di ka kafeel na ma stress ka kai daghan kaau ug mga activities ang company mura jud kag naa sa University. Daghan kaayo pakulo ba.
Pero Xlibris will never claim that they are a call center man. Pero when we speak of the best personally, I don't think its Convergys rather I would choose Accenture kai Accenture as a company is number 98 sa Best Place to Work sa world, number one ang Google.
Pero duh ay ambot oi. Depende rajud na sa imong experience ana na certain company. Naa man uban bati ug exp naa sd uban nindot. This thread is subjective because when we say BEST that would mean na there are certain set of standards to consider.

Murag most call center company naa koi mga kaila na HR kai psyc grad lage ta. Naa koi mga infos about sa mga tagsa2 na company pero murag tanan kompanya naa man bad side. WAI BEST. Hihiihi

On my own point of view, wala man jud guro'y best call center company mag depende lang jud na siya sa tawo. Naa ko'y mga friends nga gikan sa mga dagkong BPO industry puro namalhin man kay wala daw nakauyon although maayo ang pay puro ang environment maoy dili sad maayo. You can also try consider Vector BPO okay ang pay dayon nindot pod ang working environment.
