in fact, i think dumbledore's death might be, in a way, a kind of passing of the torch thing. this time around, hp has no shoulder to lean on. i'm actually looking forward to seeing how he does without the archwizard. a senior istorya member had a nice way of putting it: a great hero story is about the hero overcoming adversity. in this case, the heroic part of the series has just begun. can't wait for the next book...

i agree with you. it now seems hopeless for harry to beat voldemort especially with dumbledore and sirius black gone. i'm excited to read the next book to find out how harry overcomes them all. i've heard that two more characters will die in the next book. can't wait to find out who these are.

i think dumbledore's death is part of the "plan" about Snape as a spy. i believe dumbledore is great enough to summon a counter-attack. when he pleaded Snape, i think it is a plea to kill him so that Snape could win voldemort's trust...just my speculation tho

i hate knowing dumledore's death in book6... but it makes me cried thr death of sirius black and harry tried to contact him on his mirror...

i dont believe dumbledore dead in the book...i know there gonna be surprises to the last book........
