Minutes of the Meeting (July 7, 2012 - Saturday)

1) FACC Inter-Auto Club Meet 2012
When : August 3-5
Where: CICC Grounds North Recla

- Display Booth location for the Club
- Each Booth can display 3-4 cars
- 10 cars to display (more less)
- Participants should complete their club funds to qualify
- Display schedule for cars (to be confirmed)
--- to the participants, pls confirm which dates bakante inyo cars
(from 9am- 8pm)

- Booth Committee (to be discussed)

---- tables, chairs, sofa, tv, etc.
- Food & Drinks Committee (to be discussed)

2) Club Shirts
- Budget will be taken from Club Funds
--- Only members who have completed the club funds not later than July 15
will be included in the list
- Shirt Design (will be posted separately)
- Additional orders, kindly consult the officers (Luigi/Clyde)

3) Club Funds
- Handed over to Kevin Mike
- Summary/report will be posted soon in our club site
