FYI, SNR has been around for a couple of years in Metro Manila. They haven't changed their business model thus they also haven't changed the membership requirements. Their target anyway is the class A and B markets and not the class C and D. Their bi-annual sale for members has also been a big hit in Metro Manila. Hope they do the same here in Cebu. The last time I was at SNR nearest SM North Edsa in QC, they still had lots of members lining their counters with parking lot almost full.
