if you have a DMM (voltmeter), monitor the voltage output of your +5V and +12V line. A large swing can surely trigger a restart.
Also, observe what causes the restart if you have a stable supply.

I had some experience before. After a year, my generic PSU started to fail. My +12V swing up to +13.5V. Core supply of +1.2V had risen to +1.4V.
