Zaturnnah!

A mysterious stone falls from the heavens granting Ada, a quaint beauty salon owner, the ability to transform into ZsaZsa Zaturnnah, a superhuman warrior endowed with uncanny strength and remarkable beauty. As she fearlessly defends a small town from power-tripping planet women, a giant frog and rampaging zombies, she finds her true calling and concedes to destiny.

Zsa Zsa Zaturnnah Ze Muzikal (based on the award winning graphic book created by Carlo Vergara) has performed to sold out houses at the Cultural Center of the Philippines and garnered rave reviews from both critics and the public alike. Now flying to Cebu, Zsa Zsa will once again battle giant frogs, rampaging zombies and power-tripping extra-terrestrial Amazons, this time at the SM City Cebu Cinema 1.

Little Boy Productions proudly announces its first play in Cebu for 2008 – the Philippine premiere of TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE to be directed by Repertory Philippines’ artistic director Baby Barredo.

TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE is based on Mitch Albom’s best-selling book that has touched millions of lives worldwide with its powerful story of the friendship and life lessons shared between a teacher (Morrie Schwartz) and a student (Mitch Albom). When it premiered in New York, The New York Daily News reviewed the play as “a touching, life-affirming, deeply emotional drama with a generous dose of humor.” It is indeed a heart-warming play that perfectly combines comedy with dramatic moments, and is a gentle reminder of how great teachers can shape and change our lives forever.

Starring Jose Mari Avellana as Morrie Schwartz and Bart Guingona as Mitch Albom, TUESDAYS WITH MORRIE will be staged in Cebu for a special limited engagement on February 2-3 at the SM City – Cebu Cinema 2.

wow, i'm definately watching this play (tuesdays...). dugay ka kaayo ko last nakatan-aw og play. high school pa ko, it was a cebuano play and i really, really enjoyed it... we should have more plays in our city.

SIDDHARTA auditions = January 11,2008 , Chu Un Temple , 7PM

SIDDHARTA was already staged at Waterfront last year and at the Cultural Center of the Philippines and the play is heading internationally, they need talents who can sing, act and dance at the same time.
