    awa ninyo ang Mactan Bridge traffic situation ron....kung 2-3 lanes each side nana sauna, di nata mag-traffic ron....
    ang ila gusto maka-barato...pero short term ra....

    mo-factor in gihapon na ang KINA-IYA sa pinoy...langayan...
    whereas, LRT/MRT closes its doors automatically...

    tuod, dako gasto ang LRT/MRT pero it's preparing for the FUTURE...the future of public transportation...and traffic...and this fuels the key to progression of the city....

    awa nang manila...though dili BRT but regular buses, pirti gihapong samoka...murag pirmi lang nag-peak hours...

    Dili sad peak hours pirmi bai. Mga 10am - 3pm pagweekdays, loag ra man ang traffic sa edsa. Medyo mohuot lang sa mga BUS stops kay paugat man ang mga driver og konductor pamick-up pasahero. Daghan baya kaayo bus, nya nihit na kaayo mga pasahero anang panahuna.

    Kung magtukod sila LRT/MRT, ayaw tawn ipaagi sa karaang rota sa mga sakyanan. Mangita lang unta sila lain na bag-o na rota kay pwerte gyud ka-traffic inig construct ana. Traffic man gani kung magconstruct flyover, samot na taas na murag flyover or tunnel ang i-construct.

    Kng TARONG lng jud mga leaders ug manage pwede ra mn unta masolve gamay ang transportation sa Cebu.

    IMO....

    1. Usahon tanan transportation sa cebu. Mghimo ug Government Agency (Metro Cebu Transit) na mo handle sa transportation. Dapat wlay lain mo dagan sa cebu na masahero kng dili ang cebu transit ra jud. Sila ang mo maintain sa mga vehicle ug dapat road worthy.
    2. Eligible drivers are now government workers para naa sila benefits na madawat and gets paid as a regular employee (para walay palumbaay ug kuhag pasahero, wlay conductor, wlay dispatcher, wlay mokapyot). Dapat na sila responsible kng dili sila nahan mawagtangan ug trabaho.
    3. Since regular employee na sila sa usa ka agency. Naa na sila ID number (makita na ilang NAME ug ADDRESS), so daili ra pg report sa mga abusado na driver (reckless driving, tapulan, smoking inside, etc.). Kay hibalo na kng asa nato i.report. Although naa naman ni cya karon, I think mas dali ra ni kay employee naman sila. Plus require na jud na sila mg UNIFORM ug MALIGO since professional driver mn jud na sila.
    4. Payment system will be using "Metro Card". Palit ka ug card nga naay load (ex. php 20, php 50, php 100, php 500). Then mao na imng i.swipe inig sakay nimo.
    5. Color coded ang mga sakyanan depende sa ilang route. Para dali ra maka navigate ang mga commuters. In the future maka himo na ta ug MAP sa cebu for transit.
    6. Batch system dapat ang pg deploy sa transit (ex. 10 jeepneys at once every 1-2minutes, kng rush hour. Then mgka gamay kng dili na busy). Then naa pud extra transit sa base to be deploy in case of emergency kng kuwang ang transportation. Equip pud ang tanan mass transit ug radio pra dali ra ug communicate sa HQ.

Pra pud iwas mg tambay sa usa ka lugar ang driver na mghuwat ug pasahero or para matulog (ex. empty ang multicab then ni hunong cya sa iyang stop/loading area, then walay ni sakay. After 1 minute mo larga na cya pra sa next stop/loading area)
    9. Dapat jud naay loading/unloading area. Dapat sakto ang distance in between areas. Para dili kaayo layo ug lakwan ug dili pud doul ra kaayo to cause traffic.
    10. Dapat ang agian ra jud sa transit sa dalan is ang Middle ug ang Right side sa road kng 3 lanes.

    Lastly, kng cooperative ra pud tang mga commuters ma kaya ra mn ni nato. Kng wlay stop sa imng adtoan then layo2 ra ang stop area niya. Then lakaw nalang ug ayaw pa door to door delivery.

    Kng dili Corrupt then mas mo improve pa jud tungoud kay BILLIONS ang ginancya aning type of Mass Transit.

    Korek kaayo bro.... Pero dili naman tingali dutlan nang mga tawo naa sa gahum.... Bisag unsa pa kanindot atong idea pero mas nanginahanglan man ilang niburot na nga bulsa... Busa ginoo lang mag-igo nila....

    morag pareha man nig LRT/MRT galing buses lang ang gigamit not trains but with dedicated lanes nga sila ra gyud makaagi. this has undergone a meticulous study so salig lang ta sa atong urban planners.
