what TOLSTOI's point of view is supporting TOMAS because we all know him better than the other mayors who was voted for the award.

misunderstanding ra man jud ni tanan ba... i think there is no CEBUANO PRIDE going on... it is just plain PRIDE.

the way TOLSTOI react on questioning the result... could be interpreted to be sourgraping why Tomas was not nominated, for example kong si Tomas pa to ang nakadaug. Ang mga taw sa Davao mo contest sab nga ngano si Tomas man nakadaug nga mas maau man si Duterte kay minus ang mga drug problems dinhi og onsa pa nga rason. Tungod kay si Mayor Rodriguez man nakadaug, so be it... basta honest lang na pagkadaug.

And about this electronic voting mechanism... whats wrong about it, our candidates in Miss2x pageants win Miss Photogenic because of this, ingnon na lang nato nga binoang na nga award? And lately a Filipino win also in a contest (it was even stickied in all forums para maka-vote ta electronically) where electronic votes are counted. Ato sab to ingnon nga wala to'y klaro nga award?
