Ma free man tanan na gasto kung makacomply sila sa requirements.

always keep a copy of all the documents para magamit pod sa lain na requests.
Another foundation na pwede mo duolan. Just compile another set of the requirements like the medical abstract, request letter, DSWD endorsement letter, etc... and Send this set of copies to:
