i bought a unit at biasong, talisay. i took us about two years before we could actually transfer to our unit. till now, we still have problems that JLHI has not attended to like the recreation area, club house, main gate, closure of the open portions of the subdivision. water supply is okay but the quality is still a big question mark. And it's about a year now since we transferred.

if ever, you decided to pursue with your purchase, please visit your unit as often as you can so you can complain on site whatever defects you might see on your unit. Defects like cracked walls, leaking pipes/roof, cracked tiles ( sometimes the tiles don't have the same color, that's why you should check from time to time ), cracked and leaking ceilings, busted door knobs to name a few.

Lastly, make sure that your subdivision has a perimeter fence, you have to demand that the property should be fenced or else you'll end up like us. Your properties and lives will be at risk since outsiders has free access to the subdivision.

This is just a sort an eye-opener to everyone or a warning if you will.
