@Warfab: Point taken. However, let me explaint the reason for my comment. I just found it questionable-- how you aimed to improve arctech's services by directing an elaborated reason for your dismay in their services to the members of these forum instead of ARCtech themselves. It must've been because of this:

I don't think you were pointing out any flaw here warfab_anime.

Anyway, just to end this discussion, please just call arctech and tell them the specific model you are looking for. The way I see it, you weren't really specific with your question and this resulted into confusion between the two parties. Maybe you can be more specific next time and on our part, we will try our best to improve our service.

Let's just be glad that nobody died in this inquiry. hahaha!

i'm glad i learned about this website, coz i was looking for the xcomp website, hoping i'd find one, but instead, and better,i found this. I was planning on sending an email to the Xcomp guys over there about their aftersales service. I opened up a small internet cafe and i was referred to them, indeed they gave me budget prices (their claim) and i was elated and happy with the nice words they told me. But all were mere words and sweet talk. One big flaw on their so called "Aftersales service" is the UPS i bought (by the way i paid 5 units and accessories from them in CASH!!!), and in less than a month, it bogged down, and worse, I had it replaced, they would say they'll just schedule it, for what? I mean clearly, the unit is defective, and they need to test it? can't they test it right away in front of us? why must they bring it back and test it there? its because of incompeteny technicians, yes, they can't seem to figure out what they're doing especially when we're watching them. Now they claimed they had the unit replaced with a new one, now when you push the button on, you need to do it a couple of hundred times before it switches on! My god! is my internet cafe some kind of haunted or what?

So, to you guys who've had great things to say about Xcomp, i respect that, but, allow me to blurt out my disgust and dissatisfaction with them.

Sirlitz, now thats great service. imagine a little valued voltage regulator, i brought it to them coz i told them its busted, without any question, they received the voltage regulator, had it checked by their technician, and in a couple of minutes, take note, MINUTES!, they replaced me with a brand new one? if sirlitz has that policy? why can't Xcomp?
