that decision is correct, though i don't think the guard can be faulted for peeping, after all it's his job to investigate what looked to him to be suspicious....but, his mistake was to "arrest" the people inside and drag them to the police station....being private property, ayala could have just thrown the couple out....

Invasion of Privacy! Although I must say the guard was only doing his Job by checking or peeping or whatever, but still after seeing the couple on the act of lovemaking, the guard should have left them and be reasonable enough to understand the situation. Too sad that sometimes people especially with the so-called "Authority" tend to be unreasonable.

i understand when they said that the car was pretty much the extension of their home but what if tana'ng couples mag buhat ana inside their vehicles, claiming that it's a "part of their home"? now how would that look like... hahahahaha...

most of you say that the guard doesn't have a right. Imagine this. what if you were the guard and like what he does everyday, you roam around the parking lot. everything is usually fine, but today, as you're walking, you see a car shaking. are you telling me that you wouldn't check it out?! i'm sure that the guard wasn't thinking that he would find a couple having *** in it. he had to look to make sure that everything was alright. it could have been a couple fighting, it could have been a million things. but the thing is, after peeping, after confirming that everything was alright and there was no danger, he should have left. not make this whole thing a big issue.
