USC Arki Professors are somewhat doing that and the products are good.

This is a business thread under a business section.
I dont know y even at this section, we are still resistive of better opportunities.
We prefer to do the easy ways. Mokisi-kisi ta if somebody would push us towards our own self-empowerment.

Im hoping a self-employed Architect would drop by and share his experiences for all the thread followers.
    Thanks.

Bro, i'm not an excellent architect, i still have a lot to learn. i would treat every project an opportunity to learn. i agree, there's a lot of opportunities but there is also a stiff competition between architects and there are also illegal practitioners, stealing our means of livelihood.

If I'm the parent of a child who wants to be an architect, i won't waste my money putiing my kids on these other schools..

Are you an architect bro? what's your basis in posting this message? I'm a CIT product, i won't deny, nindot ug training ang USC but don't under estimate the other 3 schools, we are also trained to become architects. Nanggawas lang nang rendererer ug draftsman coz not everyday makakuha ug project ang architect, and we need to find another means of livelihood para makasupport namu ug sa amo family. It would be better if you don't mention schools since you are inviting architects here. We all have a chance of becoming world class architects, if dako lang unta ug support ang government ug ang prospective clients ani nga profession.

I am an engineer bro...a product of USC-TC (8 yrs ago). And now studying architecture in USP (the worst architectural school in Cebu). But its ok for me here because my goal is just the license..not rely learning because i am in the field already. I also have screened students from CIT and I would say it's not competitive enough. I am very sorry bro to upset you but its just a personal opinion. I have seen the projects of USC Arki and its quite good.. and as I know they are competing in Europe for the designs.

It's funny but I don't prefer Chinese clients.
I have difficulty dealing with them especially when it comes to finances.
So I really don't rely on acquaintances.
I would like to repeat this
You only need a good system, an enduring spirit & God's providence will follow.

I mentioned the school first, dont blame the TS. Kablao bah ka na kasagaran sa imong ka fellow CIT manaway kung dli ka kamao mo draft? its a ridiculous thought na kung arki ka dapat kamao ka mo draft, that is the main reason why gi tangtang ang drafting sa board exam kay arkis are not trained to become draftsmen. And yet most of your profs believe so.. I know a lot of CIT and UV graduates. I can distinguished the difference.
