hi fellow istoryans..

im persuading my friend to get a wedding planner for her wedding next year but she is not confident in doing so because she is thinking that it will just add up to the expenses..and so, i just would like to know if anyone of you has tried getting a wedding planner and how much did it cost u?

and if anyone here is an actual wedding planner, please pm me ur fee!

I would really suggest to go for a wedding planner on your wedding, unless the bride or the groom has many relatives to assist on the wedding day, it is really helpful and stress free to hire a wedding coordinator. This is based from several experiences with my friends' weddings.

I have organized weddings for close friends, as well... I can clearly see the difference between a wedding with an organizer and those without none... and it's such a fulfillment to see your friend (the bride) very relaxed on her wedding day, so she can enjoy her most special day.
