    dghn pa gyd kau requirements..mura rba unsa ka mahal ang plan! sus!
    wa gyd ayu ang mga personnel nila.. wlay training!
    dghan pko reklamu sa sun! ako na i reklamu sa top management nila! basin ma change na! hehhee

    i had bad experience pud sa sun..
    ila UNLIMITED SERVICE kay LIMITED!..
    then they wont tell u unsa problem sa nganong ma suspend imo service.
    ok ra man unta na but dapat isulti nila unsay reason.musabot ra man ta bah...kailangan pa gyud diay muadto mi sa service center?..ila 200 phone support way gamit.,.....its as if they were not trained well...cge ra hold hold hold..tapos when they get back nonesense ang ihatag na reason...mas nice mag smart ka so far ok man ang smart...nice ila customer service.

    kaning sun suki ni sya na network problem..

    think jud girl kay ang line 2years ra ba na na contract.

    the philippines is poor in customer service. also, everyone has their own bad experience with sun. tell this to Mr. gokongwei himself and you'll find instant answers..

    whoever is using sun cellular in one way or the other na-a man ikareklamo especially sa signal, quality sa voice kung mag-calls ta then ang delaying of some messages and others.

    But hey come to think of it? 24/7 unlimited call and text and other promos nila they are way up sa smart og globe but cant beat the big companies such as those two.

    You can't get both worlds. Maka-save ka sa load and tawag but quality sad. Sa globe and smart, okay ra signal etc, but ang calls nila lahe ra jud kung unli ka db? So compensate raman na jud na sila. If you are going to be counting on the revenues, ofcourse smart and globe jud magcompete compare sa sun. Kay mag-unli gud na halos tanan..

    Hay ka pait pag sunday morning pako nag apply og postpaid ingon cla 24 hours hantod karon wala pagyud ma activate abtik kaau cla dawat og kwarta then wala pagyud ko ka gamit pag balik nako gi ingnan ko another 24 hours nasad gi mo feedback rakono cla hantod kanos-a man ko mag howat? mag bill nalang cla hay..

    Bati gyud kaau customer service ang sun walay klaro dha ko sa robinson 2nd floor.

    Maau onta pwedi ni ma cancel 24months laba holding period mag inantos ko sa kabati sa service nila?

    Napay ilang mga stuff walay alam sa ilang contract or service agreement.

    Warning Sa kanong nag plano pa ayaw tawn mo og signup og postpaid sa SUN kay kapoy mag mahay mo sigurado.

    Try ko call ilang hotline dili ka connect then sa email walay mo replay.

    wa cguro nimu gi on and off imung phone.. kay usually sa mga plan kay imu man jud na e refresh imung phone dibuh?.. kay nakoy line sa globe ug sa sun kay refresh jud dayun nako ang phone after 24 hours..

    i work as a customer service i understand sometimes they neglect us or maybe they tend to disappoint us its because they are working 10 and half hours jud.. so cguro daghan na ug kasaba ang na agi.an before nato..
    lo.oy pud baya.. come to think bout it if kita naa sa ilang position
    so far ok ra man ang ilang gihatang nga service nako coz i let them feel na i understand sometimes naa clay lapses.. bisag asa jud na telco ingon ana jud..

    besides 350 ra imung gi bayran.. mao ra sad na ang service ilang mahatag sa imu..
    ayaw nalang pud tawag sa hotline mas maau doul nalang dayun sa business center..

    Hmm.. Ako naman, in cases like this, I still stick with SMART , Globe, kahit na established na rin yung Sun. Their biggest problem kasi is the signal pa rin. Pero Ive heard they are improving their Mindanao signal.

    Tinoud ning dapat 30K ang minimum na sueldo para makapply og Galaxy S3 na plan sa SUN? Maoy giingon anang teller 2 sa Sun Center Ayala. Malas au mi didto mi npaingon sa iyaha. Wla nlang mi ngpadaun kay gisapot si misis nya. Kudos to teller 1 for being nice to her customers.
