Their presence shows that the government is doing less than they actually should when it comes to order and crime control. Cebu is becoming a haven for all sorts of crooks. Seminars for cab drivers for the ASEAN delegates, s.o.b.! What about us?! We're bloody tax- payers! They never did this for us, its all for them!

It's like were left to fend for ourselves, as they sit sucking money from investments.

Na-a na sab gipatay sa jeepney holdaper nga babaye nga estudyante. Na unsa na man ning mga criminal sa ato-a uy. Bisan ug walay laban nga tao birahan pa man. Nadakpan kono sa mga tawo ang holdaper. Giputlan na lang ta ni nila ug li-og. Help na lang sa mga vigilante, palihug ko ug liquidate aning taw hana.

Cebu has never been so peaceful now that the V's are in town.

Cebu has never had so many murders in the streets either. Some peace that is. The peace of the dead maybe.

The vigilantes & their masterminds are just targetting the twigs & branches not the roots. For me, it's a simple case of small time criminals being killed by bigger criminals. The present rotten system breeds this kind of behavior. Address the roots of the issues not the twigs & branches.

Waa trouble trouble but let me correct this. Cebu has always been peaceful, i mean not as bad as Manila, just a close comparison basing on progress.

It's always a common reaction when ruthless criminals are killed by vigilantes, "gaba" or "mayra" and in fact, even their family seem to be thankful for their death. I know it's such a bad thing to think such, but behind their minds, there's relief.

I don't consider killers who kill people out of no reason (or possible mistake) to be vigilantes. They're supposed to have a great cause, extreme activists, unfortunately they got tired of advocacy so they'd rather put justice in their own hands.

I believe powerful people are orchestrating this vigilante-propaganda to cover their own led-crimes. People stop asking questions if they hear vigilantes killed such criminal... whispers whispers. Scary i ain't gonna openly, loudly scrutinize these killers they might kill me or my family too sshhhh. waaaaaaa

..i am not for vigilantism...i am for strengthening the system and making it work....wishful thinking tingali...pero that is my take on this....
