Kris Aquino’s ‘The Price is Right’ Goes Live this Monday

After giving away millions-worth of prizes, “The Price is Right” goes live on March 7 on ABS-CBN!

ABS-CBN’s “The Price is Right” has proven to be one of the most generous and big-time game shows on TV today after already giving away millions-worth of prizes, including two brand new cars in less than a month.

'Price is Right' contestant wins grand prize

MANILA, Philippines – Another contestant of ABS-CBN’s hit game show “The Price is Right” has won a brand new car.

The contestant identified through his first name, Lariz, took home a playroom package, kitchen appliance showcase and a brand new 2011 model of Ford Escape during the show's Thursday episode.

Lariz was able to pick an amount closest to the package's original cost, which is P1,315,309.

His guess of P1,300,000 fell within the allowable range of P30,000 for the prize package he picked during the “Range Finder Board” segment.

A very delighted Lariz thanked all the people behind the show.

“Maraming maraming salamat po sa staff po ng The Price is Right. Pati po sa inyo Ms. Kris. God bless you,” he said while beaming from ear to ear.

“The Price is Right” premiered last February 14 on ABS-CBN Channel 2.

Lariz was the second contestant who won the grand prize since the show began its live airing on March 7 on its new time slot at 5:40 p.m.

The show is hosted by Queen of All Media Kris Aquino.
